    I have a client who purchased a new build in Parker last year from Meritage Homes. They are having a problem with the spray foam insulation giving off a terrible odor (smells like fish or rotten eggs). Many of their neighbors are having the same issue. They are trying to work with Meritage to get things fixed but are not having much luck. Meritage says this is not a health or safety concern but these folks have a 7 month old baby and are concerned. They are going to contact Frascona to see what  can be done but are wondering if anyone else out there has encountered this or can point them in the right direction to get it resolved.
